La Tortuga I is a secure, well equipped, newly modernised upstairs studio with its own large terrace and an optional garage parking space.

The studio is ideally situated right on the first line in the middle of Tarifa's Los Lances Beach just before the football ground. Simply step across the seafront promenade (Paseo Maritimo) and you are on the stunning 10km long white sandy beach.

This large (38m2), specially insulated, high ceilinged, one room studio is on the upstairs floor of the less populated outer side of the development.

The studio's large terrace (18m2) has open views of the sea across Los Lances beach, right down to the massive sand dunes under the Punta Paloma mountains.

You also have use of La Tortuga I residents' well kept pool (Jul-Sep) & sunbathing area on the inside of the development (shown above ) - which faces South, directly onto the beach.

Just a street or two away, there are a few bars and restaurants (Suria, Souk and Lupita) and a useful kiosk. You are only 5 minutes walk up to the main surf shops, café/bars (Batalla del Salado), two supermarket s (Dia and Eroski Consumer) and only 10 minutes walk away from the top of the beautiful walled old town.
