Note: MG Inmobiliaria do not accept Credit Cards or Travellers Cheques.

Collect Keys

From MG Inmobiliaria office (Mon-Fri 11am-2pm and 6-9pm; Sat 11am-2pm) A key/breakages guarantee of 250 Euro / 175 Pounds (cash or cheque) & Passport/ID number is required.

Late or
Sunday Arrivals

You can normally gain access to the studio from 12 noon onwards (5pm if previous clients are leaving on the same day). Arrival after 10pm or on Sundays must be arranged in advance with MG Inmobiliaria.

Note: Full payment plus key/breakages guarantee must have already been paid in advance for arrivals after 10pm

Inclusive
Items

Bed linen (1 double + 1 single) & towels for two persons - state clearly in advance what is required when booking for more than two people. Pool (Jul/Sep), electricity, water, cable TV. Weekly/Departure clean and laundry. See the ‘Studio Inventory’ in the Tarifa Studios Handbook for full list of appliances, utensils and furniture - these will be checked on your departure - notify MG Inmobiliaria immediately of any missing/broken items.

Departure

Ensure you have agreed your departure time with MG Inmobiliaria. Follow the procedures displayed on the studio wall & listed in the Tarifa Studios Handbook (e.g. empty & unplug fridge, dispose of all food, empty rubbish bin, place linen/towels on floor in front of washing machine, leave TV remote on fridge, shut off electricity, lock all windows and doors, etc).

Return Keys

Following confirmation of no breakages and full Inventory by MG Inmobiliaria, hand over keys and recover your key/breakages guarantee.

Early/Late/Sunday Departure

Departure is normally by 12 noon. Departure outside of usual MG Inmobiliaria office hours (Mon-Fri 11am-2pm and 6-9pm; Sat 11am-2pm) must be arranged in advance with MG Inmobiliaria.
